Human
Antigens

As a company we began with the production of high quality human antigens. Over the years the number of natural and recombinant antigens has grown to meet the needs of our customers.

Protozoal Antigens

Toxoplasma gondii

Toxoplasma gondii is an important pathogen in the immunocompromised population and in pregnant women. After initial infection, cysts form specifically in brain and muscle tissue where they persist for the remainder of the host’s life. All Toxoplasma gondii products are RH strain and produced in mice with the exception of NF1011-TC, which is produced in tissue culture.

NF1011 in phosphate buffered saline, 1 mM AEBSF, 10 KIU Apronitin/ml $25/mg
NF1011-C in phosphate buffered saline, 1 mM AEBSF, 10 KIU Apronitin/ml $25/mg
NF1011-PC in phosphate buffered saline $100/mg
NF1011-TC in phosphate buffered saline, 1 mM AEBSF, 10 KIU Apronitin/ml $50/mg

NR1034 formalin fixed whole tachyzoites, in phosphate buffered saline $50/mL
NF1001 mouse splenic antigen, in phosphate buffered saline $15/mg

Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas)

Trypanosoma cruzi is transmitted to humans by the Reduviid bug. Infection causes the host to contract Chagas’ disease, or American trypanosomiasis, which is an important cause of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal disease in South America. These antigens are a cocktail of three geographically distinct strains.

NF2711 in phosphate buffered saline $100/mg
