Human
Antigens

As a company we began with the production of high quality human antigens. Over the years the number of natural and recombinant antigens has grown to meet the needs of our customers.

Recombinant Antigens

Epstein Barr Virus, EBNA-1

EBNA-1: 27 kd antigen of EBNA-1. This antigen is constructed of the C-terminal one-third of the native protein. It is traditionally used as a marker for chronic infections but may be useful in IgA and IgM studies. It is usable in EIA application, direct conjugation in capture assays or in western blot analysis. Lot sizes to 100 mg.

Dengue Virus

Dengue is a flavivirus and has four known serotypes. Acquired immunity to one type provides partial immunity to the others. Symptoms include severe fever, hemorrhage, conjunctival congestion, nausea and vomiting. This antigen represents domain 3 of the envelope glycoprotein.
